APPOINTMENT, CANCELLATION, & REFUND POLICY
We appreciate your patronage and are committed to providing an excellent experience.  
Due to our exclusive services, we have enacted policies to ensure all clients are given quality 
service and the opportunity to enjoy your service.  We understand that unforeseen events occur 
that may cause a need to cancel an appointment. In our commitment to providing an outstanding 
experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our stylists’ time, we have adopted the
following policies:

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY:  As a courtesy to other clients & Stylists, appointments 
appointments for all clients. Credit card information is securely kept on file for future appointments. 
Appointments canceled or re-scheduled without a minimum 24 hours-notice will result in a charge for 
the full amount of the service or package price. The same fee applies to no-show.
If the appointment does not start on time, the service time will be reduced accordingly, and you will still
 be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an 
be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced 
of your appointment prior to your scheduled date and time. If we cannot reach you, it is your responsibility
to remember all scheduled appointments. We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation 
policy because we are a small appointment-based business and we often schedule artists and stylists
especially for you. 

REFUND POLICY:
Absolutely NO REFUNDS on work already performed. 
Special offers purchased through PINKLAB must
be used within the offer time dates. No refund will 
be issued for offers not redeemed. Offer purchased 
can only be used as a credit towards the original purchase, 
after offer date expiration.
