What you should do before your lash appointment:
Remove all eye makeup and clean your Lashes with mild, oil free cleanser.A $15 Surcharge will apply if you wear mascara to any appointment.
Do not use oil based makeup removers to clean your Lashes prior to the
application because this can make all your extensions fall under a week!
Please remove contact lenses and wear your glasses after your application.
******To our valued clients, if you wear mascara to your appointment, it can take
up to 30 additional minutes to remove the mascara therefore shortening the time of
your lash application. Because we like to do a fantastic job, we love to
complete our work however this makes us late to our next appointment
thus making other clients upset for waiting. We also use high end products
for the removal of your make-up. Please avoid the $15 surcharge by saying
NO to mascara! if you are wearing eyelash extensions and feel the need to
wear mascara maybe you can consider upgrading your set, speak to your stylist.

The first 48 hours after eyelash extensions:It takes 48 hours for the adhesive to dry thoroughly and yield a strong, lasting bond. During this time, the adhesive is sensitive to moisture, steam, excessive heat, cosmetic ingredients coming into contact withthe adhesive bond and friction from rubbing and cleansing. Please avoid the following activities to prevent a weaker bond, premature eyelash extension loss and or irritation. The following should be AVOIDED during the first 48 hours:
-Showering or wetting your lashes-Exposure to heat, steam, sauna and friction-Application of eye and eyelash cosmetics-Rubbing your eyes into your pillow-Receiving chemical treatments (eyelash tinting or perming)-Receiving irritating eye area treatments -Strong chemical peels -Skin re-surfacing procedures-Eyebrow waxing-Laser treatments
After the first 48 hours:Keep sauna, steam room and tanning visits to a minimum as the application of constant heat and moisture weakens the adhesive bond resulting in premature lash extension loss. Do not use cotton balls, cotton rounds or swabs directly on the eyelashes as the fibers may get lodges in the bond areas lash extensions. You can cleanse your face and eyes prior to showering to minimize exposure of lashes to waterBrush your lashes daily to style your lash extensions into place.Be gentle with your lashes, avoid rubbing and pulling your eyelashes.
Avoid oil-based and waterproof mascara. Regular mascara is not recommended for use as it will dissolve the bond with the lashes.
Avoid any creams, eye makeup removers, lotions, sunscreens or cleansers containing oils on or near eyelashes. Oils can loosen the bond of lash extensions.
If you apply eye cream, do so sparingly and avoid the lash line area.
-Do NOT use an eyelash curler on your extensions.
