APPOINTMENT, CANCELLATION, & REFUND POLICY
We appreciate your patronage and are committed to providing an excellent
experience. Due to our exclusive services, we have enacted
policies to ensure all clients are given quality service and the opportunity
to enjoy your eyelash extension experience. We understand that unforeseen
events occur that may cause a need to cancel an appointment.
In our commitment to providing an outstanding experience to all of our
clients and out of consideration for our stylists’ time, we have adopted
the following policies:
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: As a courtesy to other clients
& Stylists, appointments must be canceled a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
We require a credit card number to hold appointments for all clients.
Credit card information is securely kept on file for future appointments.
No fee will be charged for appointments that are canceled or rescheduled
with at least 24 hours notice.
Appointments canceled or re-scheduled without a minimum 24 hours-notice
will result in a charge for the full amount of the service or package price.
The same fee applies to no-shows. Online vouchers such as Groupon,
LivingSocial, Etc., are subject to a fee up to the value of the deal purchased
if an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours.
You may reschedule your appointment using the same Groupon/LivingSocial
deal as we understand that unforeseen things may happen.
If a second missed appointment occurs, your deal will be considered
redeemed and no other fees will apply.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: All appointments begin and end on time
so that the next client is not delayed. If the appointment does not start on time,
the service time will be reduced accordingly, and you will still be required
to pay full price. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we may require that
the appointment be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation.
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled appointment
time. In special cases, and when our schedule allows, we may be able to
accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion
and only with advanced notification of late arrival.
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS: As a courtesy, we email you to remind you
of your appointment prior to your scheduled date and time. If we cannot
reach you, it is your responsibility to remember all scheduled
We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy
because we are a small appointment-based business and we often
schedule artists and stylists especially for you.
